Leak Detection
We offer Residential pool & spa Leak detection. We will start with a visual Inspection of your pool equipment and then we will dive into our detailed structure inspection from the tile line down to the main drain testing any areas of concern with our dye test. Then we will proceed with a pressure test of your pool plumbing.

How do I know my pool is leaking?

Evaporation
If you are losing more then a quarter to a half inch of water in a day you may have a leak.

Bucket Test
Grab a Five gallon bucket and put it on your first step if it is buoyant add some weight in the bottom. Fill bucket with water to match the water level in the pool. Mark it inside and out. Monitor for 48 hours or longer.
If the water inside the bucket drops the same amount as the water in the pool this would indicate normal evaporation.
If the pool water is lower then the water in the bucket this could be a indication of a leak and would be time to give us a call.
